Thank you for visiting. If this is your first time at this site, you may find this quick guide useful.

Purpose

The web site is designed as a companion to the workbook each member is given at the start of the semester. If you prefer to use a computer to complete your lessons, then you will find each week’s lesson posted in a Word document to this site.

Register

If you have not yet registered for this coming year’s study, we offer two easy ways for you to do so from this web site.

First, you can complete your registration online and your information will be securely transmitted to the admin team.

Second, if you prefer, you can download a printed version of the registration form. This can be completed by hand and either mailed, faxed, or dropped off at the Providence Baptist Church reception.

Online Lessons

Each week’s lesson will be published to this web site. Look for the “Lessons & Lectures” menu drop down.

The published “post” will include the lesson in both a web browser-friendly version and a document you can download and open on your computer. The downloaded version will include links to any referenced scripture via the BibleGateway.com web site.

We will also publish Johnny & Beth’s “outline” from the Monday night lecture, as well as any “take aways” or summary they may have discussed.

Free Automatic Updates

You can sign-up for a free and simple email newsletter that will send you an update each time a new lesson or announcement is posted to this site. Simply click on the big “envelope” image to sign-up. You will then be asked for your email address. Once you have entered your preferred email address, you will receive a confirmation email. It is important that you follow the instructions contained in that email to confirm that you wish to receive emails from us. If you do not confirm your subscription, you will not receive the email updates.

Alternatively, you can receive updates via an RSS feed. If you use Google Reader or some other RSS reader, you may prefer this over email updates.

Mobile Friendly

If you own an iPhone, Android, Blackberry or any kind of smartphone, this web site has been optimized to run quickly on your device. The site will look different on your phone, but this enhanced version will get you directly to that week’s lesson and will be easier for you to read on a small screen.
